Constellation Energy recently announced on February 2nd, 2022, that they’ve separated from Exelon Corp. and began utilizing regular trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market Composite (NQGS) under the trading symbol: CEG.

BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric), a subsidiary of Constellation was acquired directly by
Exelon Corp, the largest utility company in the U.S., after the split between Exelon and Constellation, and the transition is set up to be seamless for customers.
